Tai Chi Online Classes has been a God-send for me. I deal with autoimmune disease, lymphoma, a back surgery that needs to be redone, and an upcoming shoulder replacement. (One day, I'll be the Bionic Woman!) There are not a lot of exercises my body can do right now. Tai Chi Online Classes have been the answer for me. I can go at my own pace and be gentle with my body.
